Finnish Education

My 4th Erasmus in Schools

Spread the love

Erasmus in Schools is a nationwide programme aimed at all Erasmus students, international exchange and degree students and Erasmus+ volunteers interested in visiting local schools during their stay in Finland. It is a great way to add meaning to one’s Finnish experience by getting to know Finnish culture and schools. International students will present their country and increase Finnish pupils’ knowledge of other cultures and encourage them to study abroad.

As a school teacher, I love being with learners at schools. I miss my school back home, and this program gives me the opportunity to visit Finnish schools around the country, introducing my country in different themes for different subjects, meeting awesome students and teachers, and getting myself deeper into understanding Finnish culture and education.

I have been to four different schools, as far as Ivalo up in the north, 7 hours by bus from Oulu. Every single visit is special and memorable.

Here I share the presentations I prepared for two lessons, one in Religion and the other one is for the English lesson. Thank you Oulaisten Lukio for welcoming me to your lovely school.
