Hasrizal Abdul Jamil is an educator, author, and advocate for inclusive education with a career spanning leadership, innovation, and personal growth. He earned a Bachelor of Sharia (Honours) from Mu’tah University, Jordan. He began his journey as the first Minister of Religion at the Belfast Islamic Centre, blending religious leadership with community engagement. His passion for education led him to postgraduate studies in Oulu, Finland (2016–2020), where he deepened his expertise in educational entrepreneurship. This complemented his work with the Khalifah Education Foundation in Malaysia, where he advanced education models rooted in the “character education” framework. As a member of Malaysia’s National Education Policy Review Committee (2018–2019), he contributed to national efforts to reform education. The author of 28 bestselling books, Hasrizal, was diagnosed with ADHD in 2021, an experience that has shaped his advocacy and approach to inclusion. Now based in Naas, Co. Kildare, he is pursuing a Master’s in Education (Diversity and Inclusion) at Trinity College Dublin, focusing on university students’ academic experiences in the era of generative AI. While locally rooted, his advocacy for equitable education remains global, informed by his lived experiences and professional insights.
