Why this page exists. Most scholarships start at degree level. Foundation-year money is scarce, usually offered by the private university itself to a handful of its very top intake. If you want one, you must be excellent at IGCSE and apply the moment you receive a foundation offer.

100% scholarship
A full scholarship for a very limited number of foundation entrants. Requires a minimum 6A at SPM / O-Level plus leadership and active co-curriculum, and you must maintain a CGPA of 3.75 throughout. Apply once you hold a UniKL Foundation offer.
Living-cost assistance for foundation students from the B40 group, requiring a minimum of 3A at SPM or equivalent and a CGPA of 3.00. Aimed at access, not full tuition.
The wider pattern: private-university merit foundation scholarships
The same model exists thinly across other private universities: a merit or excellence scholarship for their own foundation intake, always few places, always tied to top grades, and always applied for after you receive that university's foundation offer. Most run a foundation/pre-university merit or excellence scholarship (partial to full fee waiver) for high achievers. Grade thresholds and slots differ by campus and intake.
Public university Asasi (not a scholarship, but cheap)
Subsidised
Not a scholarship, but public Asasi is heavily subsidised (~RM1,500-7,000/semester) with B40/M40 aid. A strong low-cost bridge to the 12-year bar for IGCSE holders who apply directly.
Aim for 6A or better at IGCSE, hold real leadership in a club or society, and prepare a clear statement of purpose about your intended field and future service as a khalifah. Apply the moment a foundation offer arrives, as places are decided fast and early. If you narrowly miss, the private diploma route (see Bridging) plus a state or zakat fund is the fallback.
