Your year-by-year plan at KMSS
When you enrol. Start a small, steady Takaful education savings plan with your parents, aiming to cover at least a foundation year.
Lower forms. Build strong Arabic and begin Qur'an memorisation if that is your path. Visit this site and let a destination inspire your focus.
Form 4. Decide your direction with your parents, teachers and counsellor. Choose IGCSE subjects with your destination in mind. Decide now whether you will also sit SPM as a private candidate to unlock the strict routes.
Form 5. Aim for 6A or better. Prepare your statement of purpose. Shortlist universities and their scholarships on the Explorer, and note their windows.
After IGCSE. Enter a foundation or diploma, or your top-up (A-Level / STAM / matriculation), apply for scholarships as their windows open, and begin the attestation chain early.
The strategy in one line
IGCSE alone opens Turkiye, Indonesia, and the private, online and diploma routes. To also unlock Al-Azhar via STAM, the Darul Quran Tahfiz pathway, public Asasi, and MARA or JPA sponsorship, plan in Form 4 to sit SPM as a private candidate (at least Bahasa Melayu and Sejarah), and build your Arabic and hifz early. Your teachers are here to help you curate exactly this.
